POSTAGE & HANDLING INFORMATION

TRANSIT TIMES

Our transit guidelines are:

  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday
  • If you order Saturday – Monday : your order will be shipped out Monday

Australian expected delivery times

  • NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC Metro area: 1-4 business days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 1-6 business days

New Zealand expected delivery times

  • Capital area: next day
  • Regional area: 1 – 3 business days

Over 99% of orders shipped by our International Courier service arrives within these transit times.

Although the majority of orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days after the order is placed, we ask that you please allow 6 business days for delivery from the first business day after placing your order, before contacting support. Please also regularly check your provided tracking information for updates.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer free delivery on every purchase

PICKUPS

Unfortunately this is not possible. All orders are dispatched directly from our Auckland based warehouse, and can only be delivered, not picked up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this point in time we ship to Australian and New Zealand customers only.

DELIVERY CARRIERS

All Australian orders are delivered via our International Courier service with a signature on delivery required. All orders are supplied with tracking information. Due to our products being age restricted, a signature is required to accept all deliveries, and consequently, our service does not allow delivery to Post Office Boxes.

Our courier typically delivers during business hours, so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address.

If no-one is home to sign for your delivery, we will leave a card stating that your item is available for you to collect from your local post office.

If you would like somebody to accept the delivery on your behalf, please ensure they are 18 years or older, and are authorized to do so by providing them with written permission or by having them display confirmation that they live at the delivery address.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Once your Parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via email with your unique ‘Tracking Number’ and Delivery details. You will also receive the Carrier’s details and their estimated transit time to your address.
