Arranging a Return for Refund or Replacement
1. Contact Customer Care
Call or email our Customer Care Team within 30-days of receiving your items to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number that will enable us to arrange for a full refund of monies paid to date (excluding postage costs), or a replacement of goods if faulty. The goods must be in their original condition (general usage signs are okay) and undamaged.
Please Note: Returns will only be accepted if contact is made to our Customer Care Team within 30-days of the delivery date. Returns cannot be accepted without a valid RGA number, so please ensure you have organized your return with us prior to posting it.
We highly recommend registering the parcel to enable tracking of the returned items. Nicovape is not liable for any products lost in transit.
2. Receiving a Refund or Replacement
For a Refund: Once the items have been received and approved by our team, we will arrange for a refund (of monies paid to date, less postage) within 3-5 business days.
For a Replacement: Once the items have been received and approved by our team, replacement products will be dispatched the next day, or earlier in most cases.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
